Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-16. By sending a paid request you accept these terms.

  1. Service. OmniProvider (https://pay.omnidev.tech) sells individual chat completions and cited briefs, paid per request with MPP (Tempo USDC.e) or x402 (Base USDC).
  2. Price and payment. Each paid request is a single purchase at the price in the 402 challenge and in /openapi.json. Payment settles only after the result is produced. Requests that fail before a result is produced are not charged. On-chain payments, once settled, are final.
  3. Results. Results are generated by third-party language models through an upstream provider and can be inaccurate. They are provided as is, without warranty.
  4. Acceptable use. Requests that break the law or the upstream provider's acceptable-use rules are not permitted and can be refused.
  5. Availability. The service is new and offered without a service-level commitment. It can be paused or changed at any time.
  6. Changes. Prices, routes and these terms can change. The version published here at the time of the request applies.
