Restricted-access models and acceptable use

A small set of open-weight models with reduced refusal behaviour is sold under a stricter policy than the rest of the catalog. They are for adults (18+) and lawful use only. By sending the acceptance header you agree to this policy.

How access works

• Per-call payment only: pay per request with x402 (Base) or MPP (Tempo). No prepaid packages, card checkout, API keys, wallet sessions, streaming or tool calling for these models.
• Acceptance header: every paid request must carry X-Omni-Aup-Accept: 18+. Without it the request is refused with 400 aup_acceptance_required and is not charged.
• Routes: the models appear in the catalog with access aup and are called through POST https://pay.omnidev.tech/v1/chat/completions (MPP). A fixed-price route for x402, POST https://pay.omnidev.tech/x402/chat-aup, is available for agents that only speak x402 exact; it is not listed in public discovery indexes.
• Tight limits: short outputs (at most 2,048 tokens), a lower daily volume across all buyers, and a per-address daily call limit. When a limit is reached the lane answers 503 selling_paused and nothing is charged.

Not permitted

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any sexualised content about someone under 18. This is blocked without exception and the requesting address is blocked.
• Content that gives practical help to cause mass harm: chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or explosive weapons.
• Malware, ransomware, phishing kits, credential theft or other tools built to attack systems you do not own.
• Instructions or encouragement for suicide or self-harm.
• Incitement or planning of violence, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, or sexual content about real people without their consent.
• Anything else that is unlawful where you are or where the output is used.

Screening

• Requests are checked automatically before payment. A blocked request returns 400 content_policy_* and is never charged.
• Results are checked automatically before they are released. A blocked result is withheld and not charged (422 content_policy_output on the catalog route; an uncharged request failure on the x402 route).
• Blocked events are logged as one-way hashes with the category, not as text. Three blocks in 24 hours, or any block involving minors, closes access for that address for 24 hours (403 lane_access_denied).
• Automatic screening is imperfect. You stay responsible for what you request and what you do with the output.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your requests and for how you use and share the results. Outputs may be inaccurate, offensive or unsuitable; they are provided as is.
